NFT NYC 2023: SUBJECTIVE Kickoff Exhibition

On April 11, 2023 we curated and produced the Subjective NFT NYC Kick-off Exhibition at Lume Studios, in collaboration with AOI, Pulsr.ai, TokenTraxx, Visual Conductor, Space Runners, with live music curation by Collabaret. Produced by Dotan Negrin, the entire building of 393 Broadway was opened up for a 6-story exhibition of top creative talent in web3, drawing the largest crowd we’ve seen yet. In our Basement studio, AOI and Pulsr.ai curated an all-star line-up of digital artists, while the immersive room was filled with a spectacular variety of audio / visual pieces. The third and fourth floors featured physical and digital works from established and up-and-coming crypto-artists curated by Clay Devlin of Subjective. The fifth floor featured physical and digital works curated by Raina Marie and CADAF. Prior to the opening party, CADAF and ARSNL hosted a panel on the 5th floor featuring insights from Kenny Schachter, Regina Harsanyi of the Museum of the Moving Image, creator of CryptoPunks Matt Hall, Sebastian Sanchez of Christies, Elsie of the Edicurial Collection, and anonymous conceptual artist OONA. After the panel, the crowds began to roll into the gallery and we shared a beautiful evening connecting with each other around art and performance, bringing our digital culture together in physical reality.
