The VerseVerse & Allen Ginsberg’s Estate

On October 12th, 2023 we had the pleasure of hosting The VerseVerse and Allen Ginsberg’s estate for the unveiling the new posthumous collaboration “Pictures of My Mind: Poems Written by Allen Ginsberg’s Photos”. Ross Goodwin of The VerseVerse trained a custom AI to conjure poetry from photographs, and trained this model on Ginsberg’s writings to create the first draft poems that were debuted on this evening. We were also fortune to hear readings of original poetry from poets of The VerseVerse and Bower Poetry Collective. We ended the evening with a thought provoking panel featuring Sasha Stiles, Elizabeth Sweet, Peter Hale, Bob Holman, and Bob Rosenthal.
